The frame is grooved, beautifully chrome-plated & features flush-mount flat-head screws & a built-in L.E.D. light assembly to properly illuminate your license plate. Mounting clamps for a variety of applications are sold separately & allow the license holder to be installed on the swing-arm of Dynas, Sportsters, Softails, & Rockers!
