Cap, The Informer’s sleek, low profile design incorporates both an L.E.D. fuel gauge & an L.E.D. battery gauge. The fuel gauge has a string of color coded L.E.D.’s to indicate fuel level. Our patent pending design allows the rider to select the fuel level at which the red “empty” L.E.D. illuminates. The stock float & sending unit are notoriously inconsistent & often contribute to inaccurate readings at the gauge.
