About Us
Küryakyn has been in the business of improving and beautifying motorcycles since before many of today's riders "ran 'er through
the gears" for the first time. Unlike a large segment of the industry, we've learned that the bandwagon usually doesn't lead the parade.
Everywhere throughout this site you'll see examples of fresh Küryakyn innovation; well thought out parts that work, fit, and most
of all, look great! We'll leave the "me too" items to someone else. Each Küryakyn accessory is intended to look fantastic by itself,
but is usually a member of group of parts that combine to create a "look". This allows each rider to add accessories a couple at a time,
or go for the full complement all at once, without the end result looking like an arbitrary hodgepodge of parts that can leave you
wondering if they were all supposed to go on the same bike. If you desire additional information, or have questions, we welcome your
call or letter. Our well trained sales staff and technical department will be glad to assist you.

Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
For International customers we accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. We do not accept wire transfers. International
customers must pay any custom charges, VAT, taxes, or other costs,
in addition to the shipping charge.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. We
try to avoid mid-year price changes, but reserve
the right to adjust prices if our costs increase.
Additionally, in the event a mistake was made in
our price list or catalog, we reserve the right to
bill at the prevailing prices in place at the time of
shipment.
Freight
Freight is F.O.B. Somerset, WI
Backorders
For your convenience, backorders are tracked
electronically and will be shipped automatically. If
a backorder is over 90 days, we will ship, pending
approval.
Damaged Shipments
Should a shipment arrive in damaged cartons, sign
only for the packages received and be sure to indicate
that they arrived damaged. Keep the cartons and
inspect the merchandise for damage or shortages.
Notify us immediately if necessary.
Shortages/Overages
Should you receive an order with a missing item or
an extra item is included (but not invoiced), please
contact our customer service department. All
shortages or overages must be reported within 5
days of receipt of the goods. Please have the invoice
number and the number of packages received
available when you call.

Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned up to one year from the
date of purchase. Returns must be processed through
original seller. Returned merchandise for any other
reason other than warranty claims must be in like new
condition and subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns
are subject to inspection for determination of full or
partial credit. Any returned part that shows evidence
of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s
instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling,
packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be
eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
All returned electrical items will be inspected & tested.
If electrical item is deemed functional, no credit will
be issued & item will be returned. All sales are final on
discontinued or closeout merchandise.
Return Instructions
Contact one of our prompt, courteous Customer Service
representatives toll free at 877-370-3604. Be sure to
have the following information available when you call:
- Name
- Part number(s) to be returned
- Copy of original invoice
- Reason for return
- Obtain R.M.A. number which shall remain active and
valid for 60 days. (Important: Issuance of R.M.A. does not
represent an authorized credit.)
- Carefully package merchandise to avoid damage during
shipment. Depending on its condition, original packaging
may not be sufficient.
- Ship only those items for which the R.M.A. has been
issued.
- Write the R.M.A. number prominently on the outside of
package.
- Ship package freight PREPAID (C.O.D.s will not be
accepted) to:

At this time we do not ship orders to Singapore, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia, the Ukraine or Brazil.

Limited Warranty
Küryakyn warrants that any Küryakyn products sold
hereunder, shall be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date
of purchase by the consumer excepting the following
provisions:
- Küryakyn shall have no obligation in the event the
customer is unable to provide a receipt showing the
date the customer purchased the product(s).
- The product must be properly installed, maintained
and operated under normal conditions.
- Küryakyn makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with
respect to any gold plated products.
- Küryakyn shall not be liable for any consequential and
incidental damages, including labor and paint, resulting
from failure of a Küryakyn product, failure to deliver,
delay in delivery, delivery in nonconforming condition, or
for any breech of contract or duty between Küryakyn and
a customer.
- Küryakyn products are often intended for use in specific
applications. Küryakyn makes no warranty if a Küryakyn
product is used in applications other than intended.
- Küryakyn electrical products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer.
L.E.D.’s contained in components of Küryakyn products will be warranted for defects in materials &
workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase where as all other components shall be warranted for one
(1) year. This includes, but is not limited to; control modules, wiring, chrome & other components.
- Exhaust systems are warranted for manufacturing defects only. There is no warranty on exhaust pipes &
mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Discoloration or “blueing” is caused by tuning characteristics,
exhaust timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. & is not caused by defective manufacturing.
- Küryakyn makes no warranty of any kind in regard to other manufacturer’s products distributed by Küryakyn.
Küryakyn will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer & where possible, will expedite the claim on behalf
of the customer, but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of the warranty claim lies with the manufacturer.

Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count towards the delivery time. We make every effort to ship orders the same day they are placed, however this is not guaranteed and some orders may not ship until the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Air orders are processed first and will usually ship that same day if placed prior 1:00pm CST. Charges for expedited shipping, UPS 3 Day Select (Orange Label), UPS Second Day Air (Blue Label), or UPS Next Day Air (Red Label) are based entirely on the size and/or weight of the package. Large and/or heavy items are expensive to ship expedited! If shipping times or costs are a concern, we suggest you call us at (715) 247-2184 or toll-free (866) 277-9598, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. CST to place your order. Our representative will be able to give you the approximate time and cost to ship your order.
Please be advised that orders with different Bill To and Ship To addresses, Card Holder Name different than Name on order or other issues may be subject to delays due to our strict verification process. You may receive a call to confirm information before the order is shipped.
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused or returned for other than warranty will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 20% re-stocking fee. Orders are subject to the 'Terms and conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Wisconsin.
