Mike Roland’s designs carefully balance the production of awesome horsepower & torque with the important qualities of a good street motor - starts as easy as a stock bike, runs on pump gas without any detonation, runs cooler than stock, & is as tractable as a stock bike.
For 95” Domed Piston or 103” Dish Dome Piston applications
- 95” build requires use of Wild Things Pistons (P/Ns 444 or 443)
- 103” builds require use of Dish Domed Pistons (P/N’s 475 or 459)
- Combustion chamber machined with 15-degree squish
- Yields 10.5 to 1 compression ratio

- Set up to take up to .640” lift cam
- Utilizes equal length head bolts to minimize cylinder distortion & promote consistent head gasket squish. Requires purchase of four long OEM headbolts, sold separately. (H-D P/N 16478-85A)
- Extra cooling fin area, more than any other heads on the market
- Larger & improved breather passages, requires crankcase breather kit with 1/2”-13 breather bolts
- Larger & relocated oil drains get the oil down out of the heads
- All stock parts will mount to head
- ’06-’10 with Wild Things Throttle Body require P/N 457 Flanges (If using stock Throttle Body, must use ’05-earlier stock flanges)
- Efficient bathtub combustion chambers
- Proprietary valves designed on the flow bench to match Wild Things ports
- Heads come completely assembled with High- strength stainless steel valves & high-performance valve springs with titanium top retainers
- Intake Ports - 3/8” raised high flow & high velocity with 1.980” stainless intake valves
- Exhaust Ports - High velocity constant radius “D” shaped high flow ports with 1.630” stainless exhaust valves
