Q. What happens when I place an order?
A. All orders placed before 1:00pm will be processed automatically and submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday (U.S. Central Time) excluding holidays. You should receive an Order Confirmation email and you should also receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Unfortunately changes cannot be made once you submit your order for processing. Please contact Kuryakyn with any questions you may have prior to submitting your order by calling 866-277-9598 between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday (U.S. Central Time) excluding holidays.
Q. What if I make a mistake when ordering?
A. If you make a mistake please contact Kuryakyn directly by calling 866-277-9598 between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday (U.S. Central Time) excluding holidays.
Q. Why are there multiple charges on my account when I only placed one order?
A. Kuryakyn pre-authorizes your credit card when you submit your order to begin the fulfillment process. We then authorize your credit card once your order has been processed. The pre-authorization is normally removed from your account within several business days. Orders with multiple products may receive more than one invoice.

Q. What is your return policy?

Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. At this time we ship around the world except the following countries: Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia and Singapore. Please use our Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you.
Q. How much will it cost to ship my order?
A. Kuryakyn uses UPS, and the United States Postal Service for its shipping.  All international orders are sent Global Priority (USPS) or INTL UPS.  Shipping rates are based on the actual size, weight and dimensions of the box; along with the global area it is being shipped. Q. What is the Kuryakyn warranty policy?
A. Kuryakyn warrants that any Kuryakyn products sold hereunder shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer. Certain provisions apply. See full warranty details listed under our Terms and Conditions.
Q. Can I buy a replacement part for my Kuryakyn product?
A. Kuryakyn offers some replacement parts. Normal replacement parts will be located near the product online or there may be a replacement parts link near the parts application or description. If you cannot find what you are looking for feel free to email salessupport@kuryakyn.com with the original Kuryakyn part number and a description of the component needed (photos are will greatly help) We will gladly check to see if the part you are looking for is available and contact you.
Q. Do you sell individual grips or pegs?
A. Yes. If you are in need of a single grip or peg please contact us via telephone at 866-277-9598 between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday (U.S. Central Time) excluding holidays.
